What is Wave Vouchers?

Wave Vouchers is a Shopify app that helps you sell your offline products and services on your Shopify store by providing a seamless user experience from online to offline. Wave Vouchers sends digital vouchers with QR codes to your shoppers. Shoppers can then present the digital vouchers at your retail stores to redeem their purchased goods.

 Shopper experience

1. Shoppers can purchase an offline offering on your Shopify store just like any normal products on Shopify.
2. Once the order is fulfilled, shoppers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the vouchers.
3. The voucher link will take the shopper to a separate page, where all the vouchers within their order will be displayed.
4. Shoppers can choose to save the digital vouchers onto their device so they can keep an offline copy, or to share with friends and family.
5. To redeem the voucher, all they need to do is show the digital voucher at your retail store. Their order and voucher information will be captured by your store staff upon scanning the voucher on our app, removing the need for further verification.

Merchant experience

1. Simply add your offline offering as a product like you normally would on your Shopify admin.
2. To turn the Shopify product into a voucher, add it into the Wave Vouchers app.
3. When you receive a new order with vouchers, the vouchers will be bundled together to be fulfilled by our app's custom fulfillment service.
4. If your store auto fulfills orders, the vouchers will also be auto fulfilled.
5. Once an order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email with the voucher information will be sent to shopper.
6. At your retail stores, you can then open Wave Vouchers on the Shopify mobile app to scan and redeem your customer's vouchers.
